The Barking Parrot presents Kinship, a Celtic band, for their St. Patrick’s Day party on Saturday March 15. You can also enjoy a traditional Irish Meal at the Hooded Merganser before the show.

The Penticton Community Centre presents Shawn Stratton on Tuesday March 18. Shawn will be giving a talk titled “Walking on the Wild Side: Reclaiming Your Untamed Nature” starting at 6:30 pm at the Cleland Theatre.

Enjoy an evening of live music and great food at Orchard House. Bare Bones presents “A Gift of the Bob’s” with songs and films by Bob Wiseman and Bob Snider on Tuesday March 18th. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 8:30 pm. Tickets are available at the Dragon’s Den on Front Street.

The Art Gallery of the South Okanagan presents the next film in the Kitchen Stove Film Series. Enjoy “The Diving Bell and the Butterfly”, a subtitled film about the life of a successful magazine editor and carefree womanizer who awakes to find himself paralyzed. The show is playing at 7 pm at the Pen-Mar Cinema on March 19th and 20th.

Rock the night away at Voodoo’s on Nanaimo! Helcion will be performing live at Voodoo’s on Friday March 21st.

Celebrate Easter in Downtown Penticton with a Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt. On Saturday March 22, Downtown will feature Pancakes in Nanaimo Square from 8 am to Noon along with live entertainment, bouncy rides, the Easter Bunny and lots of children’s activities. Bring your Easter basket to find the hidden chocolate eggs in Nanaimo Square.
